2. PDODO Keychain Process
Normally, after we receive your order, we will design the production renderings as soon as possible. If there are any other issues with your files or order, we will contact you by email within two business days. So please be careful to check your mailbox in time.
If there is no problem with the order, we will start working on your design and arrange production right away. Normally your product will be finished within a week. If the order quantity of keychains, clips, standees, badges, and pillows is more than 10 or you have special requirements, it will take a little longer to make.

3. PDODO Shipment
After the production is completed, we will conduct quality inspection and packaging. If there is no problem with the quality inspection, we will complete the delivery within 1 to 2 working days.
If your order has any quality problems during the quality inspection, we will arrange to make it again. This is when we will also notify you of the remake and shipping time by email.
About Logistics. After delivery, we will send you the tracking link of your order and a picture of the finished product by email.
